The Board of Directors’ Personnel Committee is pleased to announce the selection of Noelle LaTrace as the new Program Manager for PAL of Massena!
Noelle has been serving the kids of our community as a PAL Prevention Coordinator for the past year, and from 2019-2021 under our Boys & Girls Club program. Her new role takes effect today (July 31), when she will begin working on PAL programming so we are ready to roll when we welcome kids back for the start of the new school year.
As Program Manager, Noelle will be responsible for implementing engaging Club programming and supervision of our outstanding team of Prevention Coordinators, along with related duties. She will work under the guidance of the PAL Director.
Noelle said, “I am thankful to be given this opportunity and am ready to let my creativity shine. I have so many fun activities and educational opportunities planned for our ‘pals’. My goal is for them to find their niche, so they too discover their creativity!”
Noelle is a Salmon River Central School graduate, received her Associates Degree in Human Services from NCCC, and has more than 12 years of experience working with youth and parents as a mentor and family advocate.
Please join us in congratulating Noelle!
