What is the PAL Intramural Sports Program?
Massena PAL Intramural is a structured way for 7th-8th graders to engage in various sports and games, fostering competition and teamwork, but without the intensity and commitment typically associated with extracurricular athletics. Offering a free training camp for any sport chosen.
How It Works
- Who Can Join? 7th and 8th grade students from Massena and nearby areas
- When & Where? After school, 3:00–4:30 PM at PAL and other community areas (30 Bayley Road)
- Cost: Free
What Sports Will Be Offered?
- Basketball
- Football/Flag Football
- Soccer
- Volleyball
- Baseball
- Softball
- Other fun options (you help choose!)
How to Register
- Complete your PAL Membership ($25/year)
- Fill out the Intramural Program Registration Form
- Choose your preferred sport(s) and days
- Show up, play, and have fun!
